Life was totally outside the box in Brighton and Hove on Sunday 14th April, as roads were closed, the sun
shone, and nearly 10,000 runners (and walkers), cheered on by around 100,000
spectators, ran 26.2 miles around our fair city.
We were there to cheer on
Marathon Man David Perry (Go, Dave, Go), running for Build Africa. Here are a
few sights seen on the day, from the speeding leaders to some quirky encouragement
from onlookers.
Thanks to Paul Saint for his picture of the Kenyans who took 1st,
2nd and 3rd place, seen here blitzing through Hove.
