Brighton’s Argus Gives Cars The Red Light

In a lead article on parking rage last Saturday, local newspaper the Argus did not pull its punches. It concluded, “The truth is there are too many cars in the city. Either businesses must be forced to provide parking for all their employees, tourists deterred from bringing their cars to the city or residents encouraged to give up their vehicles.”
