Looking like something from Planet Zog, and trialling in and around Brighton in the coming weeks: a Smart spy car with a CCTV camera on an 11ft periscope camera. The surveillance vehicle will be operated by the council's parking enforcement contractors to capture images of illegal parking. Coming soon, to a street near you….
